Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management for Electric Utility Network Operations applications in the T&D space. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver SCADA, DMS, OMS, ADMS, DERMS, and related platforms, driving reliability, efficiency, and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

Experience leading product strategy and lifecycle for Electric Utility Network Operations.
Strong knowledge of SCADA, DMS, OMS, ADMS, DERMS, and related processes.
Ability to translate utility needs into product features and user stories.
Experience acting as Product Owner/Manager for Agile teams and backlog prioritization.
Proven ability to drive stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Define and execute product vision, strategy, and lifecycle management for Electric Utility Network Operations applications.
Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements; translate needs into epics and user stories.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, QA, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
Lead Agile ceremonies; manage backlog to maximize business value and release readiness.
Monitor product performance via KPIs and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
