Tantalus Systems is seeking a Product Manager, Grid Automation, to lead the strategy and roadmap for our grid automation portfolio. You will work with engineering, sales, and marketing to deliver reliable, scalable grid solutions across hardware, software, and communications networks.

The role requires a strong background in B2B tech, smart grid, or energy software/hardware, with proven market analysis, pricing, and GTM experience. Remote work may be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business, or related technical field is required.
• An MBA is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for the grid automation portfolio.
• Oversee full product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as voice of the customer via market research and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive go-to-market planning including pricing, value proposition, and sales enablement.
• Foster leadership, establish product KPIs, and promote data-driven decision making.
