Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives, working closely with security and compliance teams to implement RxBenefits' compliance vision.

The role requires strong program and project management, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while addressing risk across the enterprise. You will prepare for audits, maintain the GRC platform, and produce reports for executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of HIPAA, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2 controls experience.
• Ability to juggle multiple work efforts and adapt quickly.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives with security and compliance teams.
• Maintain processes across the enterprise to design and mature security controls.
• Perform risk assessments on topics as needed or requested by management.
• Assist in maintaining the GRC platform documenting controls and risks.
• Produce periodic risk reports for executives.
• Assist with audits and respond to requests from clients/auditors.
• Evaluate impact of control deficiencies to drive business actions.
• Engage with RxBenefits Clients on security questionnaire responses.
• Balance business strategy with appropriate risk management controls.
