Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and execute enterprise compliance initiatives. The role partners with security and compliance teams to implement RxBenefits' compliance vision and drive risk-based decisions.

The ideal candidate has strong program management, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task across audits, controls, and third-party assessments. Remote-friendly environment with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Ability to juggle multiple work efforts and change direction.
• Attention to detail with ability to see broad risk themes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain high-value assets and their threats to mitigate risk.
• Document enterprise processes to reduce security risk and design controls.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments.
• Maintain the GRC platform to document controls and risk information.
• Produce risk reports for executives on program health.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Evaluate impact of control deficiencies to drive action.
• Respond to security questionnaire/audit requests from RxBenefits clients.
• Stay current with audit and compliance trends.
• Manage 3rd party vendor assessment and compliance.
• Assist with policy, procedures, and standards development.
