Crisis Connections is seeking a 988 Crisis Services Clinician for the Graveyard Shift (remote). You will oversee 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline contacts via phone, chat, and text, provide advanced risk assessment, and supervise a multidisciplinary overnight team of clinical and paraprofessional staff.

This position offers senior clinical leadership during overnight hours, with remote work available to residents of WA, AZ, OH, or TX.

Formación

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• MHP status as defined by Washington State.
• Active Washington credential or license (LICSW/LSWAIC, LMHC/LMHCA, LMFT/LMFTA, Psychologist, or AAC).
• Minimum of two years of crisis intervention experience.
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced overnight environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct clinical oversight and support to Crisis Specialists during overnight shifts.
• Support staff with suicide risk assessment, de-escalation, and crisis intervention.
• Ensure linkage to Mobile Crisis Teams, Designated Crisis Responders, Next Day Appointments, and community resources.
• Provide real-time coaching, consultation, and feedback to staff.
• Ensure accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
• Ensure compliance with all 988 program standards, policies, and procedures.
• Promote a professional, respectful, and supportive virtual team environment
