Job summary

Crisis Connections is seeking an 988 Clinical Supervisor to lead frontline crisis responders in a fully remote role. You will supervise staff, provide clinical mentorship, and support 24/7 crisis operations for callers in need across Washington State and beyond.

The position requires a licensed or license-eligible mental health professional with strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Licensed or license-eligible mental health professional.
• Experience providing crisis support or supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support crisis line staff and volunteers.
• Provide clinical guidance during real-time crisis situations.
• Support 24/7 crisis contact center operations.
• Train staff on best practices and crisis intervention.
• Monitor call and performance trends for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders and external providers.
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource for staff.
