Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

• Completion of the Research Administration Training Program (13-15 months) can substitute for two years of experience.
• Knowledge of Federal guidelines and sponsor policies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist pre-award activities: prepare proposals, set up sponsors, and create subaward requests.
• Support post-award tasks: budget updates, cost transfers, and progress reporting.
• Prepare monthly projection reports and reconcile statement activities.
• Process subaward invoices and closeouts; ensure compliance with guidelines.
