Responsibilities

• Prepare and review grant proposals for moderate complexity and assist with budget development.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts, monitor budgets, and ensure proper cost application.
• Support closeouts, award setup, reporting, and liaison with funding agencies.
• Coordinate with department staff, ORA, and Grants & Contracts team to ensure timeliness and compliance.
• Assist with post-award activities including effort reporting and invoicing.
