Responsibilities

• Prepare proposal documents for JHURA/ORA review and sponsor setup.
• Enter information for pre-award and post-award tasks; coordinate budgets and accounts.
• Match transactions to supporting documentation; ensure monthly reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly projection reports and effort charts.
• Submit subrecipient invoices and customized invoices to sponsors.
• Assist with subaward closeout and cost transfers.
