Job summary

CWS is seeking a Program Officer in a remote US role to manage grants portfolios and craft external communications translating humanitarian work for donors and partners.

You will oversee program documentation, reporting, and compliance, while coordinating with fundraising and program staff to strengthen outcomes and relationships. Hybrid or remote arrangements may apply depending on program needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in refugee or immigrant-related services.
• Minimum 2 years supervising staff.
• Experience with program reporting and compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day grant program activities and documentation.
• Support training, monitoring, and data analysis for program outcomes.
• Develop content for web pages, social media, and donor communications.
• Collaborate with partners, funders, and internal teams on reports and proposals.
• Assist with grants management and compliance activities.
