Job summary

Church World Service (CWS) is a nonprofit faith-based organization dedicated to addressing hunger, poverty, displacement, and disasters worldwide. The Program Officer will support program delivery, monitor quality, and maintain documentation, with a focus on training, reporting, and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of refugee or immigrant-related services experience.
• Experience in local resettlement affiliate or national office (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day program activities and monitor service quality.
• Assist with training, reporting, compliance, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with partners to strengthen program outcomes.
• Represent CWS at meetings, conferences, and with stakeholders.
• Support program trackers, reporting, and data collection for proposals.
