Job summary

World Relief seeks a Program Officer to support US-government funded humanitarian grants across multiple country offices. You will ensure compliance, manage budgets, and coordinate with technical advisors and home-office stakeholders to advance program goals.

The role requires 3–5 years in international development, strong writing, and ability to travel to fragile contexts. A college degree is required, with a master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in humanitarian program implementation in fragile or emergency contexts.
• Strong writing skills for donor narratives and reports.
• Ability to coordinate across country offices and home office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quarterly reporting for multiple funding sources.
• Lead grant/program compliance with donor requirements and WR standards.
• Support budget reviews and financial reporting.
• Facilitate content collection and publishing readiness for portfolio.
• Engage with partners and donors to present portfolio updates.
