Job summary

STG International, Inc. seeks a Grantee Specialist to support Head Start TTA in Region 2 (NY/NJ). The role is remote with travel up to 50% and requires on-site visits ranging from a day to several weeks.

You will provide intensive on-site training and technical assistance to grant recipients, helping them address findings from federal monitoring and implement corrective actions across governance, program management, and fiscal operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with program design and grants oversight.
• Strong management background in education programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site, group and virtual TTA to grant recipients.
• Develop corrective actions and address noncompliance findings.
• Coordinate with regional staff to integrate governance, program management, and fiscal operations.
• Guide recipients in data collection, aggregation, and analysis for reporting.
• Create and deliver training materials and presentations.
• Maintain timely communication with Regional/Area Office staff.
