Requires knowledge of Head Start Act and monitoring protocols.
Ability to train and consult with varied skill levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with data-to-decision processes and multiple data sources.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site, group and virtual TTA to grant recipients on governance, program management and fiscal operations.
Develop corrective action plans addressing root causes of deficiencies.
Coordinate TTA with related specialists to integrate management systems.
Maintain communication with Regional/Area Office staff and report progress.
