Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience designing and managing Head Start programs.
• Experience delivering on-site or remote training.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work on-site as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive on-site training and technical assistance to grant recipients.
• Address noncompliance findings identified through federal monitoring.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans addressing root causes.
• Coordinate TTA with Early Childhood, Health, and Family Engagement Specialists to integrate management systems.
• Assist recipients to analyze data from multiple sources.
• Create and deliver presentations and training on program management and fiscal operations.
• Maintain timely communication with Regional or Area Office staff on TTA delivery and progress toward corrective actions.
• Provide data entry of action steps in required OHS reporting systems (SmartHub, Head Start Enterprise System).
• Participate in national, regional and state workgroups and meetings.
• Support emerging OHS initiatives and priorities.
