Qualifications

• Experience in nonprofit development, institutional giving, and grants management.
• Knowledge of civic-sector funding and funder engagement aligned with community initiatives.
• Excellent written/verbal communication, project and relationship management under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute institutional fundraising strategy with senior leaders.
• Manage a portfolio of civic foundation prospects, including research and cultivation.
• Lead letters of inquiry, concept notes, proposals, and reports with cross-functional teams.
• Create narratives translating programs into funder-aligned opportunities.
• Collaborate with program leads to align priorities and funder materials.
• Maintain proposal calendars, funder records, and Salesforce/SharePoint usage.
