Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5–10 years fundraising experience in nonprofit setting.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a development team focused on grants and individual giving.
• Develop and implement fundraising strategies and donor communications.
• Collaborate with program, finance, and leadership to align fundraising with outcomes.
• Represent Chicago Scholars to board and funders.
