Job summary

Polimorphic is hiring a Technical Project Manager to lead customer deployments across our platform for city, county, and state clients. You will map processes, configure the platform, and drive projects from kickoff to go-live and adoption. The role combines discovery, data mapping, and no-code workflow building with close cross-functional collaboration.

Required 3–6 years in SaaS implementation and practical experience with APIs, integrations, and AI-enabled tools. Travel 10–15% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years in SaaS implementation, onboarding, technology adoption consulting, or technical project management.
• Clear written and verbal communication with everyone from frontline staff to department directors.
• Hands-on technical work: APIs and integrations, field mapping, data imports, permissions, and no-code workflow builders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation of Polimorphic for city, county, and state customers, from kickoff through go-live and adoption.
• Build and maintain project plans with phases, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Run regular status updates and working sessions, handling multiple projects concurrently.
• Surface risks early and propose paths forward with the problem.
