Job summary

LMI is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Washington, DC to lead RAPTR’s deployment for a DHS customer. You will bridge hands-on engineering with senior government leadership, manage risks, and own the end-to-end solution lifecycle in a fast-paced, startup-like culture within LMI’s CTO office.

The role requires cloud expertise, federal compliance, and strong collaboration with stakeholders across AWS, Azure, and on‑prem environments, with a CBP clearance in scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, and cloud deployments, including security, cyber, and data infrastructure.
• Experience interfacing between hands-on technical teams and senior stakeholders, creating delivery roadmaps from scratch.
• Hands-on experience across AWS, Azure, and on‑premises environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical lead for RAPTR’s deployment, coordinating development efforts to align with customer requirements and mission priorities.
• Translate mission needs into RAPTR architectures, workflows, and M&S solutions that integrate with cloud environments.
• Combine deep technical expertise with stakeholder management to align leaders behind efficient solution approaches.
• Partner with stakeholders to integrate capabilities into existing cloud, data, and enterprise IT environments.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation: architectures, diagrams, workflows, and design narratives.
• Provide technical guidance and advisory support to personnel and partner contractors.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data governance, and risk management requirements.
• Provide clear, regular status updates to senior leaders and management.
• Manage program deliverables, financials, schedules, and team performance across the full lifecycle.
