Job summary

Palantir Technologies is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead government-facing software programs. You will connect internal teams with government program offices and industry partners, acting as the trusted representative to ensure capabilities and priorities are understood and aligned.

This role blends project management, process optimization and technical execution. You thrive fixing problems, scaling solutions, and embracing the best idea, even when it isn't yours, while maintaining

Qualifications

2+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably supporting complex government, defense, aerospace or national security programs.
Active Secret clearance at minimum, TS/SCI strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and drive execution against the integrated master schedule and program artifacts.
Translate technical capabilities and progress into concise briefs for customers, partners and senior leaders.
Triage field requests to create maximum focus for the team and escalate items that need attention.
Maintain complete state of all project elements and resolve issues to keep programs on track.
Enhance cross-team collaboration and align experts around shared objectives.
