• Program management experience: own operating cadences, multi-stakeholder roadmap, cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Account success & value realization — own outcomes and value storytelling for renewal/expansion.
• Program architecture & governance — define operating model, cadences, escalation paths; own charter.
• Onsite team coordination — coordinate 25+ TRM personnel onsite to drive outcomes.
• Metric design & tracking — determine metrics (mission outcomes, platform usage), wire dashboards and tell the data story.
• Workload & transition strategy — roadmap for shifting workflows from TRM-led to customer-led.
• Adoption & enablement — onboard platform users, field questions, achieve first meaningful outcomes.
• Training & readiness — host trainings for HQ and field; ensure readiness gates.
• Value capture & communication — capture wins, report value through regular drumbeat and expansion narrative.
• Cross-functional coordination — connect investigations, TRM Academy, Product/Engineering, RevOps.
• Customer deliverables & sprint coordination — assist customer deliverables and sprint planning.
• Risk & issue management — maintain risk log and drive mitigations.
