Job summary

Polimorphic is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead customer deployments of the Polimorphic platform. You will translate complex use cases into actionable implementation plans, coordinate internal teams and external partners, and ensure successful go‑live with value realization.

You will work closely with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Engineering to deliver on‑time launches that demonstrate measurable impact and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in SaaS implementation or project management.
• GovTech experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multi‑project management skills.
• Ability to work with APIs, integrations, and data imports.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end implementation of Polimorphic capabilities across the customer lifecycle.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, milestones, and success criteria.
• Coordinate cross‑functionally to align expectations and deliver deployments on schedule.
• Track and report implementation progress to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Identify and mitigate risks, proactively communicating blockers and dependencies.
• Lead discovery sessions, translate requirements into configuration and data setup.
