Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
• 2+ years’ experience in a service delivery management role.

• Ability to manage virtual teams and work under pressure.
• Experience with managing technical policies in the software lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage support and consulting services engagements with assigned clients using C-Track solutions.
• Deliver on service level agreements and ensure client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and third‑party partners.
• Travel 10–20% as needed and coordinate with internal groups to refine operations.
