Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Manager/Proposal Manager to lead the preparation and production of SF330s and proposals for U.S. Army, Air Force & National Guard projects.

The role requires strong leadership, federal know-how, and ability to manage cross‑functional proposal teams, including writing and content development. The position supports growth in the AAF portfolio, emphasizes compliance and quality, and offers a hybrid work model with opportunities to lead

Qualifications

• BS/BA in management, journalism, English, or technical discipline OR 5+ years of relevant proposal management experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience managing and developing proposals, presentations, and related sales deliverables
• 2+ years of experience with U.S. federal clients for A‑E services, facilities and infrastructure, and/or environmental SF330s

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate proposal development, ensure compliance and quality
• Manage and train proposal teams across dispersed locations (remote possible)
• Budget and track level of effort for proposal teams
• Edit, write, and tailor content for non-technical sections and resumes
• Ensure document management and sharepoint-based collaboration
• Lead communications with design, production staff, and subject-matter experts
• Support capture teams with pursuit strategy and win themes
