Job summary

Blue Water Thinking seeks an experienced Proposal Pricing Analyst to join our team in a remote capacity. You will analyze financial data, create pricing models, and develop competitive pricing strategies for government proposals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 years of experience in proposal pricing in the Federal Government contracting industry.
Experience supporting pricing of task order proposals under IDIQ contracts.
Strong understanding of FAR and DFARS regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to pricing data.

Responsibilities

Participate in and/or lead development of cost/price proposals ensuring compliance with Government policies and procedures.
Prepare, analyze, and evaluate proposal cost data using established cost estimating methods.
Support pricing for task order proposals under IDIQ contracts with accurate Schedule B attachments and labor inputs.
Collaborate with capture, proposal, finance, and executives to ensure accurate, competitive pricing.
Conduct market research to recommend competitive and optimized pricing strategies.
