The position requires residence within the territory, travel across multiple states, and a 4+ year track record in account management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Account Management within healthcare or government sectors.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills with executives and staff.
• Ability to translate data into actionable account strategies and recommendations.
• Demonstrated credibility and influence with customer stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with government account stakeholders and leadership to understand decision processes and opportunities to improve service and value.
• Lead business reviews and customer meetings using data and trends to tell a clear value story and identify next steps.
• Coordinate resources across Operations, Customer Service, Compliance, National Accounts to resolve issues and support accounts.
• Identify opportunities to improve outcomes through distribution services, inventory optimization, reporting, and technology solutions.
