Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and 4+ years of relevant experience.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills with diverse audiences.
Ability to build credibility and influence with customer stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer situations.
Ability to translate operational, financial, and service data into compelling presentations.

Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with key government account stakeholders and leadership.
Lead business reviews and meetings using data and service insights to identify next steps.
Coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve issues and client escalations.
Identify opportunities to improve outcomes through distribution services and supply chain solutions.
Represent McKesson credibly in complex government environments and manage expectations.
Maintain disciplined CRM documentation, territory planning, and account strategy.
