Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with government accounts and leaders to understand decision processes and opportunities.
• Lead proactive business reviews and meetings using data, trends and service insights to tell a clear value story.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve customer escalations across Operations, Customer Service, Compliance, and National Accounts.
• Identify opportunities to improve outcomes through pharmaceutical distribution services, inventory optimization, reporting and technology solutions.
• Represent McKesson with credibility in complex government environments, balancing expectations and commitments.
• Maintain disciplined CRM documentation, territory planning, and account strategy development.
