Location is remote/field-based with travel across multiple states up to 75%.

Qualifications

4+ years of Account Management preferred within the healthcare industry.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to engage audiences from staff to executives.
Demonstrated ability to build credibility and influence with customer stakeholders and internal teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to drive resolution.
Ability to translate operational, financial, and service data into compelling presentations and recommendations.

Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders across government accounts and leadership.
Lead proactive business reviews and customer meetings using data and service insights to outline next steps.
Coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve issues and handle escalations.
Identify opportunities to improve outcomes through distribution services, inventory optimization, and reporting tools.
Represent McKesson in complex government environments while balancing expectations and commitments.
Maintain CRM documentation, territory planning, and account strategy to support visibility and alignment.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service commitments.
