Job summary

Sancorp Consulting LLC is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support company headquarters operations and manage the end-to-end recruiting life cycle across multiple roles and contracts.

The ideal candidate will maintain compliant, organized processes, partner with management to forecast staffing, and engage in active sourcing and interview coordination in a fully remote, exempt environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, OR 5 years of GovCon recruiting experience.
• 3-5 years recruiting mid- to senior-level professionals in GovCon.
• Experience sourcing resumes from all sources, including social networks.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary recruiting efforts within a diverse team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong relationship building.
• Detail-oriented with multi-tasking across requisitions and candidate pools.
• Experience with ADP Applicant Tracking System; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support full recruiting lifecycle: post positions, identify candidates, schedule interviews, and advise on offers and compensation.
• Maintain accurate candidate records across multiple roles and contracts.
• Forecast staffing needs with management and develop recruitment plans.
• Consult with hiring managers to advertise positions on boards and platforms.
• Ensure job requirements are understood and candidates are assessed against criteria.
• Engage in recruiting outreach and report outcomes to support demand.
• Communicate with HR and hiring managers about candidates and diversity.
• Participate in recruiting events to attract high-quality, diverse talent.
