Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical recruiting experience focused on cyber and IT within Govcon.
• Understanding of government contracts, FAR/DFARS, labor categories, and security clearance requirements.
• Experience recruiting candidates with active security clearances (e.g., TS/SCI, Secret, DHS).
• Familiarity with cyber/IT terminologies and certifications (CISSP, CAP, CISM, CEH, CCNA).
• Proficiency with ATS, recruiting tools, and sourcing platforms such as Monster, Indeed, and ClearanceJob.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and hire qualified cybersecurity and IT professionals for federal contracting roles, including those requiring high-level security clearances.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to interviews and offers.
• Build and sustain a pipeline of pre-qualified Govcon candidates for future projects.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and program leads to define requirements, timelines, and contract needs.
• Ensure hiring practices comply with regulations and internal policies, maintaining ATS records.
• Stay informed on market trends in cyber/IT talent and government contracting regulations.
