You will manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition through offers and onboarding, build pipelines for niche cyber/IT roles, and partner with hiring managers to meet tight timelines while staying aligned with contract needs

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical recruiting experience in Govcon
• Deep understanding of government contracts including FAR/DFARS
• Experience recruiting candidates with active security clearances (e.g., TS/SCI, Secret)
• Familiarity with cyber/IT terminologies and federal space

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and hire qualified cyber and IT candidates for federal contracts
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition and candidate sourcing to interviews and onboarding
• Build and maintain a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates for Govcon projects
• Collaborate with hiring managers, program leads, and stakeholders to define requirements and timelines
• Ensure hiring practices comply with government regulations and labor categories
