Job summary
Zones is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator & Workplace Migration Specialist to lead a large-scale migration from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace. You will architect, implement, and oversee the migration, ensuring zero data loss across emails, calendars, and cloud storage while maintaining secure IAM and mail routing.
The role requires 4–5 years in cloud system administration, Google Workspace & Microsoft 365 proficiency, and automation scripting experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4–5 years in cloud system administration with large-scale migrations.
- Experience migrating from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace Admin Console and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- Experience with DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and mail routing.
Responsibilities
- Lead migration from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace, designing architecture and cutover plan.
- Coordinate data, mail, calendar, and file migrations with minimal downtime.
- Manage IAM configurations, SSO, and MFA during the migration.
- Develop and deliver training materials for end users and admins.
- Act as Tier 3 escalation for migration issues and post-migration support.
