Zones, LLC is seeking an IT Systems Administrator & Workplace Migration Specialist to lead a comprehensive migration from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace. Qualifications

• 4–5+ years in cloud system administration with a large migration project.
• Expertise with Google Workspace Admin Console and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
• Strong understanding of DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and mail routing.
• Experience writing automation scripts for batch user provisioning.
• Ability to lead change management and post-migration support.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace for the entire workforce, data, and infrastructure.
• Design and implement Google Workspace tenant architecture and security policies.
• Configure migration pipelines using native tools or third‑party utilities.
• Manage user and folder mapping, permissions, and data transfer across services.
• Serve as Tier 3 escalation for migration issues and post‑migration cleanup.
