Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a skilled Google Ads Manager with 2+ years of hands-on experience to own and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max. You will focus on driving conversions, improving ROAS, and using GA4/GTM to measure results; collaborate with teams and clients, and push data-driven testing to scale budgets and ROI.

In this fully remote role, you’ll work with international clients and high-growth teams, leveraging analytics to continually improve performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Google Ads management.
• Ability to launch, manage and optimize paid campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Experience with GA4 and GTM to track conversions and ROAS.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Monitor campaign performance and implement strategies to improve ROAS, CPA, and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and ad placements to maximize ROI.
• Develop and test ad copy, creatives, and campaign structures to improve performance.
• Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using GA4 and GTM.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare clear, actionable performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align campaigns with business objectives.
