Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a results-driven Google Ads Manager with 2+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns. You will develop, execute, and optimize Google Ads to drive measurable ROAS, working closely with marketing teams to maximize ad spend efficiency.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing advertising budgets while making data-driven decisions. Prior agency experience is a strong advantage for this remote role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record of optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
• Knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and optimization.
• Ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Experience managing budgets for ROI/ROAS.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance focusing on ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversions.
• Manage advertising budgets to maximize profitability.
• Write and test compelling ad copy to improve CTR and conversions.
• Implement and troubleshoot GA4/Tag Manager conversion tracking.
• Conduct A/B tests across ads, landing pages, bidding strategies, and targeting.
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies with business goals.
• Stay updated on Google Ads platform updates and best practices.
