Huzzle is seeking a results-driven Google Ads Manager with 2+ years of hands-on experience to develop and optimize Google Ads campaigns. You will drive ROAS and scale performance across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max while collaborating with marketing teams and managing budgets.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote environment. Prior agency experience is a strong plus as you will support international clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record of optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
• Knowledge of Google Ads suites: Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max.
• Experience with GA4/Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Ability to translate data into actionable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple networks.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Monitor ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversions; adjust budgets accordingly.
• Write and test ad copy to improve CTR and conversions.
• Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align paid strategies with business goals.
• Stay updated on Google Ads updates and best practices.
