Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a Senior Google Ads Specialist with 4–5+ years of hands-on experience to manage and scale high-performing Google Ads campaigns for a US client portfolio. You will own strategies, optimize budgets, and drive measurable ROAS across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max.

You will analyze performance data, implement robust conversion tracking via GA4 and GTM, run systematic A/B tests, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years hands-on Google Ads experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with international clients, preferably UK/US/Australia markets.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max.
• Develop paid search strategies focused on lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth.
• Manage and optimize budgets to maximize ROAS and reduce CPA.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience targeting, and restructuring.
• Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking using GTM, GA4, and Ads.
• Run A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, bidding, and targeting.
• Analyze performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and profitability.
• Create clear performance reports and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on Google Ads changes, automation, and best practices.
• Take ownership of campaign performance and propose improvements.
