Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a skilled Google Ads Manager with at least 2 years of hands-on experience running and optimizing paid campaigns. You will own Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max to drive conversions and maximize ROAS for a portfolio of clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven ability to launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns that deliver measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Experience using GA4 and GTM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max
• Monitor campaign performance and implement strategies to improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to identify growth opportunities
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ad placements to maximize ROI
• Develop and test ad copy, creatives, and campaign structures to improve performance
• Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using GA4 and GTM
• Analyze campaign data and prepare clear, actionable performance reports
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align paid advertising campaigns with business objectives
