Job summary

Huzzle is hiring a skilled Google Ads Manager to own paid advertising campaigns and drive measurable business growth. You will develop, manage, and optimise campaigns to maximise conversions and ROAS, with a data-driven approach and a focus on performance marketing.

Required are at least 2 years of hands-on Google Ads experience, strong GA4/GTM capabilities, and excellent English communication. Experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus, but not essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads structures, bidding, targeting, and optimisation techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to manage paid advertising budgets and deliver measurable results.
• Experience using GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking tools.
• Solid understanding of CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.

Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and other channels.
• Monitor performance and implement strategies to improve conversions, CPA, and ROAS.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend to achieve objectives.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking with GA4 and GTM.
• Run A/B tests on ads, messaging, targeting, and landing pages.
