Job summary
STChealth, part of the Harris family, is seeking a Platform & DevSecOps Delivery Architect to own our Golden Path deployment platform and automate secure, self-service software delivery. You will bridge high-throughput cloud native delivery with production systems, enforcing automated security rails and compliance.
You will build reusable pipelines, implement gate automation, and enable autonomous, compliant service delivery across multiple environments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE with enterprise CI/CD design experience.
- Deep AWS & Kubernetes proficiency including networking, security and Helm.
- Experience with GitOps controllers (ArgoCD/Flux) and canary deployments.
- Proficiency in C#/.NET, Node.js, Python for internal tooling and automation.
- Hands-on with self-hosted AI infra, AI gateways, and orchestration of agentic workflows.
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain centralized, reusable CI/CD templates; abstract infra from developers.
- Design modular release architecture with upstream scanning and downstream delivery targets.
- Implement GitOps with ArgoCD/Argo Rollouts to AWS EKS and/ or similar environments.
- Automate security gates and compliance checks within pipelines and artifacts.
