Job summary

STChealth, part of the Harris family, seeks a Platform & DevSecOps Delivery Architect to build a secure, automated, self-service software delivery platform. You will bridge modern platforms with production systems, ensuring automated security gates and operational readiness across pipelines.

You will own the Golden Path, centralized templates, and a modular release architecture, enabling teams to ship safely and efficiently in a high-throughput environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps or SRE with enterprise CI/CD experience.
• AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) proficiency, including pod security and networking.
• GitOps controllers (ArgoCD/Flux) and canary deployment strategies.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET, Node.js, Python for internal tooling.
• Experience building self-hosted AI infrastructure and agentic systems.
• IAAC: Terraform or Pulumi for modular definitions.

Responsibilities

• Own the Golden Path delivery engine and centralized CI/CD pipelines.
• Architect and maintain reusable pipeline templates (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI).
• Implement modular release architecture with universal scanning upstream.
• Orchestrate GitOps promotion via ArgoCD/Kargo to AWS EKS.
• Automate VM images and blue/green updates for production systems.
• Provide self-service scaffolding and IaC modules for teams within guardrails.
• Embed security gates with SAST/SCA and dependency checks in pipelines.
• Ensure compliance artifacts and audit trails for SOC 2/HIPAA.
