Job summary

STChealth in the United States seeks a Platform & DevSecOps Delivery Architect to own and build the Golden Path delivery platform, bridging modern cloud pipelines with production systems. You will promote secure, automated software delivery and ensure builds meet DevSecOps and operational readiness standards, with autonomy to shape architectural decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE experience.
• Deep proficiency with AWS and Kubernetes (Amazon EKS) including networking, pod security, and Helm lifecycle.
• Experience with GitOps controllers (ArgoCD, Flux) and automated canary deployment strategies.
• Software development with C#/.NET, Node.js, and Python for internal tooling.
• Experience designing self-hosted AI infrastructure and agentic workflows.
• Knowledge of VM-based delivery concepts (Packer, EC2 Launch Templates, Cloud-Init) and rolling deployments.
• Experience integrating security scanning tools into deployment workflows.
• IaC expertise with Terraform or Pulumi.
• Curiosity and ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate development.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain universal CI/CD pipelines and reusable templates.
• Design modular release architecture with upstream scanning and downstream delivery targets.
• Implement GitOps promotion with ArgoCD/Kargo and canaries to Amazon EKS.
• Develop automated machine-image pipelines and blue/green updates for production systems.
• Provide self-service scaffolding and IaC modules for new services within guardrails.
• Embed automated vulnerability scanning into the build process (SAST, SCA).
• Enforce automated compliance and audit trails for SOC 2/HIPAA audits.
• Design runtime secrets governance with ESO and AWS Secrets Manager.
• ORR as code; enforce quality guardrails and telemetry instrumentation.
• Instrument platform templates with OpenTelemetry; feed Grafana and Datadog.
• Embed PHI/PII redaction checks in pipelines; ensure data privacy at the edge.
• Architect AI routing gateways and agentic workflows; manage self-hosted AI infra.
