Job summary

STChealth seeks a Platform & DevSecOps Delivery Architect to own and build the Golden Path deployment platform for mission-critical public sector software. You’ll design automated, secure, self-service pipelines that enable fast, compliant code delivery across teams.

You will embed security gates, observability, and SOC 2/HIPAA considerations into scalable, multi-cloud pipelines, bridging modern tooling with legacy systems while maintaining autonomy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE with enterprise CI/CD design experience.
• Strong AWS & Kubernetes (EKS) hands-on proficiency.
• Practical GitOps with ArgoCD/Flux and canary strategies.
• Proficient in C#/.NET, Node.js, Python for internal tooling.
• Experience engineering self-hosted AI architecture and agentive workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the Golden Path delivery engine and centralized pipelines.
• Build universal CI/CD templates and platform scaffolding.
• Implement automated security gates (SAST, SCA) and compliance artifacts.
• Bridge modern tooling with legacy systems while ensuring ORRs as code.
• Embed OpenTelemetry instrumentation and observability across templates.
