Job summary

STChealth is hiring a Platform & DevSecOps Delivery Architect to own the Golden Path deployment platform. You will design secure, self-service pipelines, integrate SAST/SCA, and promote code through GitOps with ArgoCD and canaries to EKS.

This role requires 5+ years in platform engineering, cloud, and IaC, with hands-on Kubernetes and security tooling experience. You will build automated, compliant pipelines, provide reusable templates, and lead operational readiness automation across complex

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE.
• Deep hands-on proficiency with AWS and Kubernetes (EKS), including pod security.
• Experience with GitOps controllers (ArgoCD, Flux) and automated canary deployments (Argo Rollouts).
• Practical software development experience with C#/.NET, Node.js, and Python.
• Solid IaC experience with Terraform or Pulumi.
• Experience integrating security scanning tools into deployment workflows as non-negotiable quality gates.
• Experience engineering self-hosted AI infrastructure and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain centralized, reusable pipeline templates (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI).
• Build a modular release architecture that handles upstream scanning and downstream delivery targets.
• Enable GitOps promotion with ArgoCD/Kargo and progressive canary rollouts to EKS.
• Develop automated machine-image pipelines (Packer, Launch Templates) and blue/green updates.
• Provide pre-configured scaffolding and Helm/IaC modules for autonomous service creation within guardrails.
• Embed automated vulnerability scanning (SAST, SCA) into the build process.
• Automate compliance/audit trails to satisfy SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, and public-health audits.
• Implement runtime secrets governance via AWS Secrets Manager/Parameter Store.
