Job summary

STChealth is seeking a Platform & DevSecOps Delivery Architect to own the Golden Path delivery platform, enabling automated, secure, self-service software delivery across development teams.

You will bridge modern cloud-native pipelines with existing production systems, enforce DevSecOps standards, and drive scalable, compliant deployment practices in a highly autonomous environment. This role directly supports public health software across the nation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE
• Deep hands-on proficiency with AWS and Kubernetes (EKS)
• Practical experience with GitOps controllers (ArgoCD, Flux) and automated canary deployments
• Coding skills in C#/.NET, Node.js, Python for internal tooling
• Experience building self-hosted AI infrastructure and agentic workflows
• Knowledge of VM-based delivery concepts and IaC (Terraform, Pulumi)
• Experience integrating security scanning tools into deployment workflows
• Strong emphasis on automated security gates and compliance

Responsibilities

• Own and build centralized CI/CD pipelines and reusable templates
• Implement automated security gates and compliance checks in pipelines
• Develop ORR-as-Code and telemetry scaffolding across platforms
• Design and operate self-hosted AI infrastructure and agentic orchestration
