STChealth is seeking a Platform & DevSecOps Delivery Architect to build a secure, automated, self-service software delivery platform. You will own the Golden Path delivery engine, implement automated gates, and ensure operational readiness across distributed systems.

You will drive modern CI/CD pipelines, GitOps with ArgoCD, and self-hosted AI infrastructure while partnering with teams to scale secure deployments and SOC 2/HIPAA compliance.

Competenze

• 5+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps or SRE with enterprise CI/CD experience.
• Deep AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) expertise including security and networking.
• Hands-on with GitOps controllers and automated canary deployments.
• Proficient in C#, .NET, Node.js or Python to build internal tooling.
• Experience with self-hosted AI infrastructure and agentic workflows.
• Strong IaC skills with Terraform or Pulumi and basic HashiCorp tools.
• Security gates integration (SAST/SCA, software composition checks).
• Data privacy and compliant deployment practices for PHI/PII.
