Job summary

STChealth, part of the Harris family, seeks a Platform & DevSecOps Delivery Architect to own the Golden Path delivery engine and secure automated pipelines. You will bridge modern cloud-native platforms with production systems, enforcing rigorous DevSecOps and ORR standards across teams.

You will build universal pipelines, implement GitOps with ArgoCD, manage VM/image pipelines, and enable self-service scaffolding within guardrails, ensuring compliance and security throughout.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE with enterprise CI/CD experience.
• Deep AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) expertise including networking, security, and Helm lifecycles.
• Hands-on with GitOps controllers (ArgoCD/Flux) and automated canary deployments.
• Proficient in C#/.NET, Node.js, Python for internal tooling and automation.
• Experience integrating security gates (SAST/SCA) into deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain centralized, reusable CI/CD templates (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI).
• Develop a modular release architecture with universal scanning and downstream delivery targets.
• Implement GitOps with ArgoCD/Kargo and canary rollouts (Argo Rollouts).
• Create automated VM/image pipelines (HashiCorp Packer, AWS Launch Templates) and blue/green updates.
• Build Self-Service scaffolding and IaC modules for compliant service Standups.
