Nelnet is seeking a GTM Launch Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute launch strategies for new products and initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure market readiness, stakeholder alignment, and customer adoption, delivering scalable launches with measurable success.

The role emphasizes turning market feedback into execution, managing agencies and partners, and driving growth through integrated GTM programs across channels and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, product launch, growth marketing, commercialization, or related discipline.
• Experience designing and executing the go-to-market strategy for a net-new product, including determining target audiences, positioning, channels, programs, resources, and measures of success.
• Experience taking a new product from pre-launch through market entry and establishing a repeatable GTM approach.
• Deep understanding of positioning and messaging, demand generation, sales enablement, customer advocacy, events, partnerships, channels, and measurement.
• Proven ability to evaluate a market opportunity and translate strategy into execution.
• Experience leveraging internal teams, agencies, contractors, and other external partners to execute GTM.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills with influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the integrated go-to-market strategy and launch plan with audiences, positioning, channels, and milestones.
• Develop market positioning, messaging, buyer value propositions, differentiation, and supporting tools.
• Design and drive market activation and demand-generation approaches across campaigns and partnerships.
• Build sales enablement and market-facing resources including case studies and references.
• Translate feedback into GTM decisions to refine messaging, programs, and channels.
• Define capabilities and manage external partners to execute the GTM plan.
• Define measures and operating rhythm to evaluate GTM performance and adjust priorities.
• Continuously improve GTM for a scalable growth engine.
