Job summary

You will develop and manage launch plans, identify priorities, and translate market feedback into GTM decisions while coordinating with agencies and internal stakeholders. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in go-to-market strategy or related discipline.
• Experience designing and executing GTM for a net-new product and market entry.
• Ability to translate strategy into execution with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with internal teams, agencies, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the integrated go-to-market strategy and launch plan.
• Develop market positioning, buyer value propositions, and supporting tools.
• Drive market activation and demand-generation approaches.
• Build sales enablement resources and customer references.
• Translate feedback into GTM decisions and refine programs.
• Coordinate with agencies, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Define measures and operating rhythm to evaluate GTM performance.
• Continuously optimize GTM to build a scalable growth engine.
